Never get DRUNK.

The moral of this story is never get drunk.. but if you do get drunk, try and remember where exactly you live or get someone you know to send you back, but if you are drunk and forgotten where you live, knock on a door and wait for response or go find a local police..

Just in case the video won't loads, here's the link!

When this will be ever able to happen in UK or in Malaysia??

Apparently in UK, if there is some drunken bloke try to break into your house, and if you have a gun (either legally or illegally), you can't shoot that fella, nor even use a knife to stab or a hammer to hack the person, what you can do is dial 999, pray that they will come in time, lock yourself or hid yourself praying that the bloke won't find you.

If you shoot/stab/hack or whatever that had wound or killed the fella, you may be charged for Actual Bodily Harm or Grievous Bodily Harm or even Murder, even though the bloke came to you.

In UK law of self defence, the two key things are Necessity and Reasonable. Where Necessity is found at here when the bloke is breaking in, but Reasonable states that since the fella did not use a gun, you cannot use a gun.

If he has a gun, and you conveniently has a gun as well, you can shoot if he opens fire. But since he has nothing, the only self defence is with your bare hands.

Welcome to the Criminal Justice System.
